Pure imagination came to life at Marian Baker School. Our student production of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Cartel filled the stage with color, music, and unforgettable characters — a joyful night that showed just how much talent lives inside our American school in Costa Rica.
A night of creativity and laughter
From the first scene to the final bow, the production was a celebration of student creativity. The audience didn’t just watch the story — they became part of the adventure, laughing and cheering as the magic unfolded around them.
Bringing a show like this to life takes weeks of rehearsal, problem-solving, and teamwork. Our students rose to the challenge beautifully.
Applause for our cast and crew
A huge round of applause goes to every member of the cast and crew. The performers on stage shone, but so did the students behind the scenes — managing sets, lighting, costumes, and cues that made the whole production feel like magic.
Theater teaches lessons that last a lifetime: confidence in front of an audience, the discipline to memorize and rehearse, and the trust it takes to create something as a team.
